Exhibition stand design

Our exhibition design services include a range of options to suit all businesses:

1. Space only – we design and build stands to fit an allocated space within an exhibition hall. We liaise with the exhibition organisers, managing all stand services such as water and power, ensuring the stand is fully functional throughout the exhibition’s duration.

2. Shell scheme – we design graphics to communicate a clients products or services fitting to pre-built, modular exhibition stands.

3. Modular – we provide modular stands for smaller space needs that can be transported easily and re-used.

4. Pop up / roll up – we provide quality portable stands with interchangeable graphics. We use a Swiss based, high quality, system where graphics and panels can be easily and economically updated over time.

Budgeting

Budgeting for exhibitions can be expensive. Optimum-PDM differs from other stand suppliers by including all of the following within the price. We also offer a discount for using the same stand at further trade shows.

Included within the price are:
1. Design, delivery, assembly and removal for any UK site - you just turn up on the day
2. The entire stand display system with furniture and lighting shown (hire only)
3. Graphics panels WITH graphic design included
4. Bespoke stand design which can include lockable storage areas, seating areas and literature holders

Optimum-PDM also offers the following exhibition services at an extra cost:
1. Flat screens for hire - from 20" to 42"
2. Flash based presentations to run on flat screens such as corporate videos
3. Design and print of literature and any other marketing materials
4. Exhibition form filling and paperwork for show catalogues and guides

Floor coverings, power, waste and water services are not included.

Event management

Our experience in international marketing means we are very savvy to what makes for a successful event both in the UK and elsewhere. Our event and conference services include finding and booking appropriate venues, arranging entertainment, booking speakers, sorting out any catering and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
