SALES APPOINTMENT SERVICE
► A database of prospective customers is sourced.
► Optimum PDMs telesales and telemarketing team contacts the database and makes a shortlist of the most likely prospective customers.
► Appointments are arranged by Optimum PDM. These can be undertaken by Optimum PDM staff or set up for our clients sales staff to attend.
NB. The telesales / telemarketing activity alone will usually generate quotation requests, without needing appointments.
Before any prospective customers are contacted, Optimum PDM will:
► Define the advantages and benefits of using our clients products and services, establishing their value proposition and the most compelling sales approach.
► Conduct a competitive analysis exercise for the purpose of effective objection handling.
During the appointments project, a qualified database of customers and prospective customers will be developed which will become the property of the client. This is ideal for use in ongoing sales and marketing activity.
The following items are usually included within the project costs:
► Brochure (for email).
► Digital marketing to the database.
► Purchase of database.

We write numerous presentations for our customers. One of Optimums writing team members has previously worked as a trainer and presenter and knows what works (and what doesnt!) The presentations we produce are usually in the form of a power point and are aimed at introducing the company and its services to a new audience. Our presentations follow a natural sequence, cover all aspects you require and to the level of detail that is appropriate to the audience. Our customers often then convert their presentations into informational documents, PDF files or company/product summaries for further use.
Turn around projects
We work closely with our customers in a management consultancy capacity to help them turn around, save and revitalise their business. We often find companies have excellent products and services that have a definite place in the marketplace, but have come unstuck when trying to promote and sell them. We work at board level to devise a sales and marketing rescue package. These are designed to meet individual company needs but usually include:
A short (2-3 months) and long (1+ years) term sales strategy rescue and repair
