Coaching
Optimum PDM offers two types of business coaching service:
Professional development
Business coaching can also help to support employees through organisation change, helping them to accept and adapt to change effectively and willingly. Business coaching helps to fulfil organisational training and development requirements in an interesting and highly useful manner. It also helps to achieve a balance between the goals and objectives of an organisation and its employees.
Personal
mentoring
Running a business or working hard in a role within a company can take their toll. It is becoming increasingly difficult for individuals to achieve their work and personal goals simultaneously, without severely compromising in one or other area. Our one-to-one business life coaching service offers individual support in a confidential, positive manner. It can help an individual take stock of where they are at now, assess priorities, plan a course of action and ultimately achieve their goals. All information is dealt with in strict confidence, providing a safe environment in which to explore business and personal issues.
All Optimum PDM business coaching uses proven listening and mentoring skills, as well as proven coaching tools. We offer bespoke packages to companies or individuals, to ensure an appropriate service is provided. We never offer advice but use a person-centred approach, safe in the knowledge that every individual is an expert on themselves.
